Fenmei Packaging acquires Alternapak Italian factory
On August 17, 2022, Fenmei Packaging announced that it had signed an agreement with Alternapak to acquire its production workshop and equipment in San Pietro, Veneto, Italy. The Alternapak Italian factory has actively provided sterile carton packaging to liquid food industry manufacturers in Europe, the Middle East and America, but it was discontinued in early 2022. Through this acquisition, Alternapak Italian factory has become the fifth factory in Fonmei Packaging in the world and is expected to be put into production by the end of 2022. This is another milestone in Fenmei Packaging’s global strategy. Victor Lee, Business Director of Fenmei Packaging International, said: "This acquisition confirms our commitment to expanding our international business and strengthens our penetration of new and old customers. It is easier for us to reach close cooperation with customers in the region.
