The entry for this competition is a successful case of the application of the Fenmei Plus and Subtraction Package® service solution to Elix Water. Elix Water hopes to bring consumers a unique drinking water experience with a low-carbon and environmentally friendly lifestyle. The Fenmei Plus and Reduce Package® service plan helps Elix Water fulfill its environmental responsibility commitment “Natural Comes Natural Future” through carton packaging that can reduce plastic content by 86%, supporting filling machines, post-consumer carton packaging recycling solutions and thoughtful and meticulous services.

• In terms of packaging materials, the main component of Fonme Plus and Subtraction Pack® is cardboard, and a plastic cover is replaced by easy-to-pull stickers. At 330mL capacity, the Fenmei Addition and Subtraction Pack reduces the use of plastic by 86% compared to the plastic bottle. The environmental value of packaging materials has been greatly improved, but the addition and subtraction packages still face a great test. That is, Elix Water’s water source is made from Longqi Mountain Spring in the Jiangle County National Nature Reserve in Fujian Province. Clear and sweet mountain spring water is more sensitive to the smell of packaging. Through multiple experiments and tests, the Fenmei Addition and Subtraction Pack meets the strict requirements for odor of drinking water products. Consumers can easily achieve "green drinking water".
• The Fenmei Plus and Subtraction Package® service solution not only provides more environmentally friendly packaging materials, but also includes an overall solution for filling machines and packaging recycling. For sterile diamond packs, the most common ones are 200mL and 250mL. To this end, the Fenmei AOM 100N sterile drill filling machine has been upgraded and transformed, and the applicable packaging specifications have been increased by 330mL, which has solved the filling problem well for customers. At the same time, the Fenmei Technical Service Team conducted meticulous operation and use training for Elix water plant employees to help employees become familiar with the brand new filling equipment.
• Fonmei has always called on everyone to pay attention to the recycling and recycling of post-consumption cartons. The QR code on the Vanmei Plus and Subtract Bag is helping Elix Water to guide every consumer to pay attention and participate in the packaging recycling operation.

Elix Water, which uses plus or subtract packages, has become an eco-friendly new option for sustainable hotels. For example, New World Group has begun providing Elix carton water at hotels across China. Up to now, more than 310,000 additional and subtraction packages have been used to replace the mineral water plastic bottle, saving about 2 tons of oil and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 8 tons.
