Raw materials and production process
We have built a quality assurance system through production management, service management, R&D management, and supply chain management, and improve the quality management level from all aspects such as raw material supply, production and manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and after-sales service to ensure product quality.
Cardboard is an important raw material for packaging cartons and comes from the world's leading cardboard manufacturers in Europe, America and Asia. The consumption of wood in the paper packaging industry is obvious, and Fonmei is committed to reducing such impacts. We have always insisted on promoting and using responsible forest certified cardboard. Even if customers do not require this, we try our best to increase the procurement volume of responsible forest certified cardboard when cost pressure is affordable. At present, all Fenmei factories have passed the COC chain of custody certification.
We have equipped quality inspection equipment and management specifications to ensure product quality through inspection of raw materials and finished product control points. Fenmei uses high-quality suppliers of cardboard, polymers, aluminum foils and inks. The combination of water-based inks, advanced flexographic printing and high-quality coated recyclable cardboard have established our position in the industry.
We widely use online inspection and process control systems in the production process to strengthen quality control inspection:
- CCD camera detection system, continuous detection of printing results
- Laser detection system 100% detection of food contact layer
- Automatic control system controls the thickness of the polymer layer
- Automatic weighing system, polymer dosing/mixing
- MES Manufacturing Execution System
Shipping Packaging
All finished rolls are packaged in film and palletized onto the pallet, then wound with the pallet with the protective plastic film and then transported to the customer through the pallet, and then stacked according to the customer's requirements. The wooden pallets of exported products are heat treated in accordance with ISPM 15 standards.
Traceability
The MES manufacturing execution system ensures traceability of products. These data are stored electronically or on paper. All packaging materials from German factories are marked with the GS1 logistics system compatibility label.
Independent certification
All production facilities of Fenmei Packaging have passed ISO 9001 certification. To meet market demand, the company is committed to certification of its facilities by other relevant standards.
At the same time, we also introduce third-party testing and certification to ensure that all types of products comply with strict food safety and packaging standards.
