Fenmide's packaging materials are of the same raw materials and are of the same quality as those from the original machine manufacturers. However, we usually recommend that customers use Fanmi packaging materials for trial machines before entering commercial production.
In order to better support the trial process, we will send qualified technicians to the site to guide the trial of Fenmei Packaging Materials at the request of customer, and fine-tune the machine when necessary, so that Fenmei Packaging Materials can better adapt to the site.
The test process varies from customer to customer, but the test process of common packaging materials has the following steps:
- Meeting with all relevant personnel to discuss the trial plan
- Observe machine performance with existing materials (such as seal integrity, tube alignment, etc.)
- Make adjustments or recommend adjustments for ideal performance (pipe alignment, temperature, etc.)
- Record all key parameters and every step of adjustment
- Introduce Fanmei’s packaging materials and repeat steps 2-4
- After the test meeting, summarize and decide on the next action
If adjustments are required, it will comply with OEM guidelines. Package integrity inspections can be detected through destructive detection, conductivity and permeability experiments.
