For most Greatview customers, the first source for technical service is the original machine manufacturer. Competition law in most economies specifically dictates that Technical Service be made available to customers, irrespective of a customer’s choice in packaging material. Remember that, regardless of whether you have bought, leased or rented a filling line, you are still a customer of the company that supplied it!

However, in addition, there are many other choices for technical service and support from independent, 3rd party suppliers, and almost always these are less expensive than the services provided by the original machine manufacturer. Greatview both employs its own experienced service technicians and supports a network of other 3rd party technicians that exist around the world for installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and training.
